1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Receptionist ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI Receptionist provides an AI-powered WhatsApp assistant for restaurants. The Service includes automated order taking, reservation management, customer inquiries, and a management dashboard.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must have the authority to connect a WhatsApp Business Account on behalf of your business.
  • You are responsible for the content of automated messages sent via your account.

4. WhatsApp Business API Usage

By connecting your WhatsApp Business Account, you agree to comply with WhatsApp's Business Policy and Commerce Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for spam or unsolicited messaging.
  • Violate WhatsApp's policies or any applicable laws.
  • Misrepresent your identity or business.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the Service.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost orders or missed customer messages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your WhatsApp Business Account will be disconnected and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
